Simple process,, great products! Love it!!

Recently purchased a product for the very first time at Shameless Care after meeting their Team in New Orleans in July. Overall the process could not have been any better.

The intake forms and information needed were simple to follow, and easier to understand and quickly complete. Contact from their medical professionals was also quick and efficient and within just a day or two.

There were a few delays with receiving the medication (it was a new release and demand was high, I’m sure) but Ashley from the Customer Service Team kept me up to date and informed and once the meds shipped they arrived overnight! She sent status and follow up emails all along way.

Couldn’t be more pleased with entire process from start to finish. I’m now a Shameless Care customer for life!

Refilling my prescription was easier than I expected and it’s great to have access to a physician each time if any questions come up.

I’ve ordered STI testing and ED meds through Shameless Care and have been continually impressed with the level of care and detail that they bring to every interaction. I can tell that I’m dealing with real people who are listening, and when I have questions they are responsive and thoughtful in their responses. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
