The initial evaluation and prescription process was fast and efficient. I was approved for the medication and the order to the pharmacy was sent and I received the USPS tracking information. I was able to track the shipping progress on the USPS website.

Here is where things didn’t go as planned. Tracking status indicated it was delivered. I checked my mailbox and spoke with the Rental office to see if the package was delivered, It was not.

I reached out to the Customer service and was put in contact with Ashley. Via email, we agreed to wait to see if the USPS would deliver the package on Monday. I confirmed via email with Ashley that the delivery did not occur. I don’t know what magic Ashley was able to do but I was given a replacement order and it shipped on Tuesday.

Ashley provided me with the updated shipping information and we watched it go through the shipping process again. Ashley also reached out to me to let me know they were watching it as well. Friday, I received a reminder that the shipment should arrive Saturday. As soon as I saw it was marked delivered, I went to my mail box and retrieved the package. Success. I also received a message from Ashley that USPS indicated the package was delivered and I confirmed delivery.

I can’t thank the team as a whole and Ashley in particular for the support and work that I know had to happen behind the scenes and for all the communications keeping me updated. Thank-you team!
