The service is great, no complaints .

The product itself however I found very lacking. First off, it tastes really terrible. Second, the product didn’t work at all, absolutely none of the desirable effects.

I’ll most likely go back to my previous ED meds and sadly just trash the stuff I got from Shameless Care.

I’d like to take this opportunity to pull back the curtain on how telehealth works, because it may help anyone who happens upon this review.

People are used to choosing between brands that sell different products.

Ford vs. Chevy.

Windows vs. Apple.

Telehealth is different.

At its core, telehealth connects patients with clinicians and pharmacies. Those pharmacies dispense medications containing the same active ingredients used throughout healthcare every day.

Sildenafil from BlueChew, Walgreens, Ro, Hims, or Shameless Care is generally going to work the same.

In other words, whether a medication works depends on the molecule, the dose, and your own body—not the brand selling it.

Much of the branding in telehealth can make it seem as though one company has invented something fundamentally different from another.

A magic pill, if you will.

Medicine is usually much less exciting than the marketing.

What tends to be different is the care itself.

If a medication doesn’t work, can you easily reach your doctor? Does customer service respond? Are you given options? Are you treated fairly?

Those are the things that reflect on the company.

As for the taste, that’s a completely fair criticism. Sublingual troches have to dissolve under the tongue, and there is only so much that can be done to disguise the taste of active pharmaceutical ingredients.

I’m really sorry this happened, and I understand how frustrating it must have been to be missing part of your order.

Once the physician approved the prescription and the pharmacy marked the shipment as complete, we unfortunately didn’t have visibility into what was physically included in the package. We also weren’t aware there was an issue until we saw this review.

As soon as we learned about it — within about 30 minutes on a Friday evening — I personally issued a full refund for the entire order, including the items you did receive, and reached out by email to let you know we would have the missing product sent out promptly.

We take situations like this very seriously, and we truly wish we’d known sooner so we could have fixed it immediately. For anyone reading this, please know that if something ever doesn’t seem right, you can always contact us directly and we respond quickly to make things right.

The female arousal cream is.bunk. Ive tried it 5 times now; with myself and my. Husband, and nada! It doesnt do. anything.. Im feeling like a sucker.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m truly sorry to hear that the cream didn’t work well for you. As with any prescription medication, individual responses can vary—and unfortunately, no treatment works for everyone.

Take ED medications, for example—millions of men use them successfully, but for some guys, they just don’t work. This cream is no different. It’s a legitimate, prescription medication, but that doesn’t guarantee it will be effective for every single person.

I’ve shared your feedback with the prescribing physician so they’re aware. While your review will be posted in keeping with our commitment to transparency, I want you to know it’s genuinely disheartening to hear that you feel this way.
