Between the time you placed your order and the time it was delivered, we sent a total of 10 emails, including a video explaining the expected timeline, tracking information, and delivery confirmation.

As noted on our product pages, compounded medications are custom-made after each order is placed. The reason is simple: these medications have a relatively limited shelf life, so they’re prepared only after they’re ordered. We believe it’s better for patients to receive a freshly made medication rather than one that’s been sitting on a shelf.

Once the pharmacy finishes preparing the medication, it ships from Arizona. Depending on where you live, shipping usually takes another one to two days. For someone in a state like Kentucky, a total delivery time of about five to seven days is what we generally expect, and your order was delivered within that timeframe.
