Shamelessly Aroused

Shamelessly Aroused

by Joe Messenger | Dec 2, 2025 | Performance and Desire, Medications and Treatments

How It Works, Who It Helps, and What Women Can Expect Women deserve better options for sexual pleasure. For decades the medical system has focused almost entirely on male sexual health while women were left with vague advice, antidepressants as a side effect, or...
When your UTI is actually an undiagnosed STI

When your UTI is actually an undiagnosed STI

by Joe Messenger | Dec 2, 2025 | Menopause and Women's Health

Urinary symptoms are one of the most common reasons women seek care. Burning, urgency, frequency, pelvic discomfort, or the general sense that “something is off” often leads to an automatic assumption — both by women and by clinicians — that the problem must be a...
How Male-Focused STI Testing Models Fail Women

How Male-Focused STI Testing Models Fail Women

by Joe Messenger | Dec 2, 2025 | Menopause and Women's Health

Sexual health in the United States has long been shaped by the needs of men who have sex with men. There are good reasons for this. Gay and bisexual men have historically been underserved by the medical system and have been disproportionately impacted by sexually...
Why Women’s Sex Meds Are More Difficult

Why Women’s Sex Meds Are More Difficult

by Joe Messenger | Dec 2, 2025 | Menopause and Women's Health

Why Women’s Sexual Health Medications Are So Challenging Let’s state the obvious. Medications for women’s sexual health are not as straightforward as the medications that address men’s sexual health. Erectile-dysfunction medications are simple and predictable. A man...

Five Things Telehealth Companies Say That Just Aren’t On the Level

by Joe Messenger | Dec 2, 2025 | Telehealth

Telehealth is an amazing evolution in healthcare. Fast, accessible, convenient, stigma-reducing — all good things. But the industry has also become a magnet for marketing. The kind of marketing that often sounds impressive but falls apart the moment you apply even...

My order was incomplete.

December 26, 2025

I did not receive my oxytocin. I did not receive an email with an explanation.

Response from Shameless Care

I’m really sorry this happened, and I understand how frustrating it must have been to be missing part of your order.

Once the physician approved the prescription and the pharmacy marked the shipment as complete, we unfortunately didn’t have visibility into what was physically included in the package. We also weren’t aware there was an issue until we saw this review.

As soon as we learned about it — within about 30 minutes on a Friday evening — I personally issued a full refund for the entire order, including the items you did receive, and reached out by email to let you know we would have the missing product sent out promptly.

We take situations like this very seriously, and we truly wish we’d known sooner so we could have fixed it immediately. For anyone reading this, please know that if something ever doesn’t seem right, you can always contact us directly and we respond quickly to make things right.

Again, I’m very sorry for the inconvenience, and I appreciate the opportunity to address it. If we are ever so lucky to earn your business back, please reach out to let us know of any issues. I promise you that we will blow you away with how we handle it.

Response from Shameless Care

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m truly sorry to hear that the cream didn’t work well for you. As with any prescription medication, individual responses can vary—and unfortunately, no treatment works for everyone.

Take ED medications, for example—millions of men use them successfully, but for some guys, they just don’t work. This cream is no different. It’s a legitimate, prescription medication, but that doesn’t guarantee it will be effective for every single person.

I’ve shared your feedback with the prescribing physician so they’re aware. While your review will be posted in keeping with our commitment to transparency, I want you to know it’s genuinely disheartening to hear that you feel this way.

In over three years of business, this is our only one-star review. That makes us sad, of course—but more importantly, we understand how frustrating it is to feel let down by something you hoped would help.

Thank you again,

Robert @ Shameless Care

Given the importance of sex in our lives, seeking out and investing in a healthcare professional with genuine expertise in this area isn’t just a luxury, it’s imperative for maintaining optimal well-being and peace of mind.

Astonishingly, the average medical school curriculum only allocates a meager 4-8 hours to sexual health training.

With Shameless Care, you have a physician with true expertise at your fingertips.
