I rarely believe a modern business or corporations when they claim to be concerned with customer service. I certainly didn’t believe Shameless’s claim, until they proved it.

In a world of billionaire bosses and greed, it’s nice to deal with an entity that isn’t pinching Pennie’s at the customer’s, and our economy’s, expense.

Simple process,, great products! Love it!!

Recently purchased a product for the very first time at Shameless Care after meeting their Team in New Orleans in July. Overall the process could not have been any better.

The intake forms and information needed were simple to follow, and easier to understand and quickly complete. Contact from their medical professionals was also quick and efficient and within just a day or two.

There were a few delays with receiving the medication (it was a new release and demand was high, I’m sure) but Ashley from the Customer Service Team kept me up to date and informed and once the meds shipped they arrived overnight! She sent status and follow up emails all along way.

Couldn’t be more pleased with entire process from start to finish. I’m now a Shameless Care customer for life!

Refilling my prescription was easier than I expected and it’s great to have access to a physician each time if any questions come up.
