Upon submitting the order we found out there were some issues with shipping to our specific location that they had never run into before. They bent over backwards to figure out a way to get it to us. We’ve never seen customer service like this! If you take the time to read Robert’s emails (you should) you’ll hear the message that he built this company to fix a broken system and really take care of the customers, not just to make a buck. When put to the test, he proved it wasn’t just “marketing” or “lip-service”. These guys are legitimate, and they really care about their customers.
