Complete STD Testing Panel
Take control of your sexual health.A comprehesive package designed to give you peace of mind.
Shameless Care is the ONLY online STI testing company that offers a throat swab STI test. Anyone who has oral sex must be throat swab tested.
In fact, we believe any testing kit sold without a throat swab should come with a warning label, “Warning! Not for people who have engaged in oral sex!”
Throat swabs are the only way to detect oral gonorrhea or chlamydia, which can live in the throat without causing symptoms.
Additionally, Shameless Care offers Mycoplasma Genitalium and Trichomanosis standard in its complete panel.
We could remove those four assays and cut our price by 50%. Most people wouldn’t know the difference. We consider that unethical.
This is the exact reason why we started Shameless Care.
Most people walking around believing they are STI-free haven’t been appropriately tested.
Isn’t some testing better than none? Absolutely not.
When someone gets a negative “complete panel,” they genuinely believe they are STD-free when they may have oral gonorrhea or chlamydia, mycoplasma, or trichomonosis.
It’s like taking a used car to a mechanic for a “pre-purchase” inspection. Yet the mechanic only inspects the tires, never examines the engine, and gives it the “all clear.”
You didn’t get what you paid for, and you’re now extra confident about something never appropriately examined.
People choose sexual partners based on negative STI tests.
Some people choose to go without condoms due to a negative STI test.
You deserve better information.
You deserve better testing.
You deserve Shameless Care.

Why should I get both urine and throat tests?
Several common STDs can infect different parts of your body depending on how you were exposed to them and getting the wrong test could miss this!
For example, having unprotected vaginal sex could lead to a genital chlamydia infection. But having unprotected oral sex could lead to oral chlamydia. A urine test would miss oral infection and an oral swab could miss the genital infection. Both can cause you health complications and both can be passed to new partners. As a result, depending on your practices, we often recommend both urine and oral swab tests.
In our experience, poorly understanding how your sexual practices inform your real testing needs is one of the biggest challenges individuals face when seeing a doctor for their testing needs.
