At Shameless Care, we make it incredibly convenient for you to access the ED care you need. With our ED trial program, we offer men the chance to try both Sildenafil and Tadalafil at different doses, so they can discover which drug and dose works best for them as they continue with their subscription.
For the trial, you will receive three tablets of Tadalafil at a strength of 5 mg each, as well as three tablets of Sildenafil at 25 mg each. This allows you to try Tadalafil at 5 mg and 10 mg (taking two tablets), and the same with Sildenafil.
Please note that this program is not intended for obtaining both drugs to save and use on special occasions. Your physician requires feedback on how all four drug and dose combinations worked within 30 days so your subscription can be tailored to fit your needs.
If we do not hear from you regarding your experience, you will be subscribed to Shameless Care’s lowest cost ongoing subscription (two 25mg Sildenafil tablets each month, billed and delivered quarterly). However, you have the flexibility to cancel or pause the subscription at any time. If you already know that you will cancel regardless of how well Shameless Care performs, we kindly request that you do not participate in the trial. This opportunity is meant for individuals who genuinely want to try both drugs, dosing options, and Shameless Care itself.

Shameless Care is a real telehealth company with medical providers available in all 50-states. Once you’re approved for treatment and prescribed medication, that medication ships from an FDA licensed pharmacy.

Do you accept insurance?
No. But you may be able to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
Is the ED treatment packaging discrete?

What's right for me, Sildenafil or Tadalafil?
Sildenafil and Tadalafil are the most popular active ingredients for improving erection quality. They are now off-patent, which makes generic versions possible.
Sildenafil is the active ingredient in Viagra.

Timing
Sildenafil lasts 4-6 hours.
Tadalafil lasts 24-36 hours.
If you're heading to a one-evening date or party, you may find Sildenafil the better choice. However, if you're going to a lifestyle resort or cruise, you may discover Tadalafil is the one right for you.
With either Sildenafil or Tadalafil, take the drug at least 60 minutes before sexual activity.

If you then decide you want more potency we offer a 9 mg you can update to!

Trial Instructions
During the trial, you will be provided with three tablets of Tadalafil, each containing 5 mg, as well as three tablets of Sildenafil, each containing 25 mg.
Start by taking 5 mg of Tadalafil and wait at least one day before taking 10 mg (two tablets) of Tadalafil. Follow the same pattern for Sildenafil (one tablet and later two tablets). This will help you understand which drug and dosage works best for your subscription moving forward.
It’s important to note that this regimen is not suitable for those who plan on using these drugs for special dates or occasions. Additionally, it’s crucial to use these drugs within 30 days and then inform your physician about your experience so we can tailor your subscription to you. Otherwise, you will be subscribed to Shameless Care’s lowest cost ongoing subscription (two 25mg Sildenafil tablets each month, billed and delivered quarterly) if we do not hear from you.
