Easy and Excellent Experience
The experience is totally easy. A few medical questions on-line and boom…good to go. The prescription was ordered by a licensed medical professional and mailed directly to my home. I never had to go to an office, lab, or sit in person in front of a provider who made me feel uncomfortable about my sexual choices.

Quick easy and discreet
I was skeptical as I’ve never done any online medical care before finding Shameless Care. It only took a few minutes to fill out the screening info and within 24 hours my info was reviewed by a doctor and I was contacted. After 5-10 minutes with open conversation between the doctor and myself; a course of treatment for my ED was reached.. Four days later my first prescription arrived at my door in a very basic white plastic bag. There was no way anyone has a clue what’s inside other than you can hear the pills rattle in the bottle. Are these drugs legitimate?
Shameless Care is a real telehealth company with medical providers available in all 50-states. Once you’re approved for treatment and prescribed medication, that medication ships from an FDA licensed pharmacy.
The active ingredient is the same as you’d find in Viagra, or Cialis, or any other generic version of those medications.
Do you accept insurance?
No. But you may be able to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
Is the ED treatment packaging discrete?

What's right for me, Sildenafil or Tadalafil?
Sildenafil and Tadalafil are the most popular active ingredients for improving erection quality. They are now off-patent, which makes generic versions possible.
Sildenafil is the active ingredient in Viagra.
Tadalafil is the active ingredient in Cialis.
Either are available through Shameless Care in the generic version. This guide will help you decide which is right for you.
Timing
Sildenafil lasts 4-6 hours.
Tadalafil lasts 24-36 hours.
If you're heading to a one-evening date or party, you may find Sildenafil the better choice. However, if you're going to a lifestyle resort or cruise, you may discover Tadalafil is the one right for you.
With either Sildenafil or Tadalafil, take the drug at least 60 minutes before sexual activity.
