We used Shameless Care for multiple years and were always pleased with our experience, then we moved overseas…and now we are customers for life! We ran into issues with the website not populating for our location overseas. We messaged customer service and Robert (Founder and President) himself literally updated their ordering interface on their website specifically for us within 24 hours. Wow! Upon submitting the order we found out there were some issues with shipping to our specific location that they had never run into before. They bent over backwards to figure out a way to get it to us. We’ve never seen customer service like this! If you take the time to read Robert’s emails (you should) you’ll hear the message that he built this company to fix a broken system and really take care of the customers, not just to make a buck. When put to the test, he proved it wasn’t just “marketing” or “lip-service”. These guys are legitimate, and they really care about their customers.

The whole process was smooth and painless. As someone active in the swinging lifestyle having access to safe products for performance anxiety are a must. Product availability and the ease of medical verification was top notch
