2. Patient On-Boarding
Afterward, you’ll be directed to a secure, HIPPA-compliant form to enter medical information. This information will be reviewed by medical staff.
3. Approval
If it appears ED medication is a good fit for you, our clinic will issue a prescription. If further information is needed, a doctor may reach out.

Are these drugs legitimate?
Shameless Care is a real telehealth company with medical providers available in all 50-states. Once you’re approved for treatment and prescribed medication, that medication ships from an FDA licensed pharmacy.
The active ingredient is the same as you’d find in Viagra, or Cialis, or any other generic version of those medications.
Do you accept insurance?
No. But you may be able to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
Is the ED treatment packaging discrete?
We protect your privacy.
Your exterior of your ED treatment package has only the pharmacy name on it.
Why can't I go to my doctor?
You can, but you’ll need to:

What's right for me, Sildenafil or Tadalafil?
Sildenafil and Tadalafil are the most popular active ingredients for improving erection quality. They are now off-patent, which makes generic versions possible.
Sildenafil is the active ingredient in Viagra.
Tadalafil is the active ingredient in Cialis.
Either are available through Shameless Care in the generic version. This guide will help you decide which is right for you.
Timing
Sildenafil lasts 4-6 hours.
Tadalafil lasts 24-36 hours.
If you're heading to a one-evening date or party, you may find Sildenafil the better choice. However, if you're going to a lifestyle resort or cruise, you may discover Tadalafil is the one right for you.
With either Sildenafil or Tadalafil, take the drug at least 60 minutes before sexual activity.
We've seen people take their medications in playrooms after things have gone wrong, and that's far too late.

If you do not have previous experience with Tadalafil we recommend starting with 5 mg to determine how well it works for you and if you notice significant side effects.
If you then decide you want more potency we offer a 10 mg you can update to!
